Recurring Payments are REQUIRED by ALL clients except one time payment clients.

We recommend setting a reminder on your phone regarding draft because we don't always send reminders. The draft will be on the same day each month unless you notify us at least 3 days business days before the draft to reschedule or cancel the membership.

If the draft is denied for any reason London Rose Financial Services will attempt to draft 3 times before the membership is automatically cancelled.

By checking the "Recurring payment authorization" box on the checkout page, you authorize London Rose Financial Services to:

Automatically charge the card I have designated as payment for the services I purchased from London Rose Financial Services in accordance with the payment schedule and terms of enrollment agreement.

Adjust the payments to reflect any late fees that occur during the term of the service.

- I acknowledge my responsibility to ensure there are sufficient funds in my bank account at the time of each scheduled debit. If there are insufficient funds in my account, I understand London Rose Financial Services may charge me an NSF fee and that London Rose Financial Services may at its discretion attempt to process the charge again within 30 days with avoid cancellation.

- I also understand that my membership may cancel or expire due to nonpayment if an automatic payment is rejected. - I understand that this authorization will remain in effect for the remainder of the membership or until London Rose Financial Services has received a written notice from me of its termination.

- I agree to notify London Rose Financial Services in writing of any changes to my credit/debit card information or termination of this authorization at least 3 business days prior to the next billing date. If my scheduled payment falls on a weekend or holiday. - I understand that the payment may be executed on the day I select in this agreement.

- I acknowledge that the origination of transactions to my account must comply with the provisions of U.S. law.

- I certify that I am an authorized user of this credit card/bank account and will not dispute the scheduled transactions with my bank or credit card company; provided the transactions correspond to the terms indicated in this authorization form.

London Rose Financial Services reserves the right to terminate this Authorization and require me to pay my installments by an alternative method.
